Stage Tech

We provide production equipment rentals and skilled labor for entertainment, concert, corporate, trade show, and eSports events in the Northwest. Local crew positions are perfect for anyone who is looking to get consistent work with a flexible schedule or anyone looking to pick up extra hours. Events aren't always a 9-to-5 kind of job but we think that's a good thing.

When you join our local crews as a stage tech you will play an important part in building events from the ground up. Being a part of the Just Right Productions team is a great way to learn valuable skills that will help you succeed in the entertainment industry. Our crews help off-load production trucks, build stages, assemble lighting and audio rigs, operate technical equipment, and we also work alongside tour production teams at some of the largest venues in the Northwest.

Duties & Responsibilities:
•Load and unload production equipment from trucks
•Assemble and disassemble production equipment
•Move and rearrange props and other materials on-stage
•Unload and set up road cases
•Perform spotlight operation during shows
•Set up risers and musical equipment
•Assist with video, sound, and light production
•Work with electricians and lighting assistants
•Set up lights and microphones
•Clean up stage and backstage area after performance
(other duties may apply)

Requirements:
•Reliable transportation or means of getting to job sites
•Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines
•Ability to work closely with multiple internal teams on complex projects
•Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, initiative and resourceful
•Must be able to bend, stoop, and be on your feet for extended periods of time
•Must be able to lift and carry 75lbs for short periods of time
•All applicants must be 18+ years of age

Period of Employment:
Employment with us is of an "at will" nature, which means that the employee may resign at any time and the employer may discharge employee at any time with or without cause.
