Description:Brooklyn Bowl Nashville is the ultimate night out, with its groundbreaking integration of premiere music, 19 lanes of bowling, bars featuring locally crafted beers and food.We are seeking a Stage Manager available to work 2-3 shifts a week. Pay is hourly/W2. Must be a good hang, positive attitude, team player. Good gig to learn on, or to supplement income of someone wanting to be home more. Low stress, relaxed, great team in place, great environment. Hours will vary, (including nights, weekends and holidays). The Role: The Stage Manager will coordinate the set-up of all stage elements, such as instruments, equipment, etc. They are responsible for overseeing health, safety and logistics issues regarding performances on stage. The Stage Manager is responsible for ensuring that the act receives everything agreed upon during the advance per the production manager and ensuring all shows start, break and end on time Responsibilities: • Ensure that members of the band(s) have required items needed to perform the show(s) • Ensure credentials are in place prior to and during show • Responsible for reviewing emergency procedures and enforce rules and regulations designed to prevent security problems or safety hazards. Qualifications: • 3 years minimum tour and stage production experience preferred • Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency with all Microsoft applications • Must possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills • Technically minded/knowledge of show production • Capable of following instructions and working well with others Physical Demands/Working Environment: • Standing, walking or sitting and continuously performing essential job functions for duration of shift • Bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking significant distances • Moving throughout the venue during the entire shift • Lifting and carrying the 75 lbs. • Tolerant of working in fast paced environment • Working in an environment with loud music and crowds for extended periods of time Our Benefits • Competitive compensation • Professional career development If the above description sounds like you and fits your background, apply online at http://www.livenation.com/careers/(search: Brooklyn Bowl Nashville) for the opportunity to join the Brooklyn Bowl Nashville team!
