Description:

A south-west England touring project is selecting four circus companies to tour an existing 60-minute indoor or outdoor show to villages, towns and cities from June 2027 to May 2028. Venues include parks, housing estates, community centres, village halls, churches, beaches and schools across Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire and Somerset, plus urban community venues in Bristol, Gloucester, Stroud, Bridport and Weston-super-Mare.

Companies need a finished show available for the whole touring period and a full film of it. Selected companies are offered at least 4–5 performances out of 26 in total, with guaranteed fees of roughly 1,350–1,500 GBP per performance day for UK-based companies and 2,100 EUR for EU-based companies. Fees cover performance, local and regional travel, subsistence, rest days and VAT. Also included are home-stay accommodation, extra travel and set transport subsidy (including international costs), access costs for Disabled performers and crew, mentoring, a paid residential artist lab, and a bursary of 1,000–1,500 GBP to adapt the show.
