A premier European entertainment resort is seeking highly skilled acrobats and gymnasts to join the cast of its critically acclaimed, long-running theatrical production, 'Rhythms of the Pride Lands', now entering its 13th spectacular season. This is an unparalleled opportunity to perform on one of Europe's grandest stages, contributing to a world-renowned spectacle.
Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional physical prowess and artistry, performing intricate routines on specialized show apparatus including aerial straps, spirals, articulated masts, and bungee straps. A strong sense of direction, spatial cognition, inherent musicality, and compelling performance skills are essential.
Positions are open to candidates of legal age (18+) or those compliant with young worker regulations.
**Requirements:**
* **Female Acrobats:** Must be between 155 cm and 173 cm in height, possess strong aerial skills, and have foundational dance knowledge.
* **Male Acrobats:** Must be between 160 cm and 185 cm in height, demonstrate a high level of gymnastics proficiency, and have skills in aerial straps. Dance notions are a significant advantage.
This engagement is offered under an 'Intermittents du Spectacle' contract, a specific French performing arts employment type, typically seasonal or project-based.
**Audition Process:**
The audition process begins with online submissions, culminating in physical auditions held in 'Ile de France' during June. Candidates will receive an email invitation with full details at least four days after the application deadline. If no communication is received by this time, applicants should assume they have not been selected for this round. International applicants are welcome to apply.
**To Apply (Two-Step Process):**
To be considered, applicants must complete a two-step online process:
**Step 1: Profile Creation/Update**
Visit checkin.disneyauditions.com and navigate to 'My Profile'. Create or update your profile, ensuring you upload at least two photos (one full-length, one portrait with clear face) and a video showreel (or link) showcasing your acrobatic and other relevant skills.
**Video Content Guidelines:**
* **Male Acrobats:**
* **Presentation (30 sec max):** Face the camera, state your name, age, background, and motivation.
* **Flexibility:** Demonstrate 3 splits, bridge, and pike position.
* **Strength:** Rope climb in L-sit (up and down), 10 chin-ups (no swinging), 10 leg raises.
* **Tumbling/Acrobatics (30 sec max):** Floor work (forward, backward, tricking).
* **Specialized Skills (30 sec - 1 min max):**
* *Artistic Gymnasts:* Best swinging elements on rings and high bar (including dismounts), plus one/two-arm strap skills if experience.
* *Circus Artists:* One/two-arm strap skills, duo sequences (if experienced), bungee strap sequences (if experienced).
* **Performance Footage (30 sec - 1 min max):** Images from competitions or showcases.
* **Female Acrobats:**
* **Presentation (30 sec max):** Face the camera, state your name, age, background, and motivation.
* **Flexibility:** Demonstrate 3 splits, bridge, and pike position.
* **Strength:** Rope climb in L-sit, 30-second chin-over-bar hold, 10 leg raises.
* **Aerial Skills (1 min max):** Showcase skills on aerial hoop/Lyra, straps, aerial silk/hammock, or Spanish web/corde lisse. Aerial spiral footage is a plus if experienced.
* **Dance/Movement (30 sec - 1 min max):** Dance improvisation and floor movement.
**Step 2: Audition Registration**
