With 20+ years of experience, we help brands, artists, and creatives build compelling narratives and connect meaningfully with audiences. Beyond production, we develop emerging talent through mentorship, infrastructure, and monetization pathways most creators can't access on their own.
The Role
We're signing TikTok Live Creators to the OTWtv roster — with a strong focus on artists and performance creators. If your craft is your content — musicians, singers, rappers, dancers, DJs, producers, visual artists, comedians, spoken word artists, actors, and entertainers — this program is built for you. We're also signing strong creators in TikTok's other priority Live verticals: lifestyle, fashion and beauty, gaming, talk and commentary, fitness and wellness, and food. The common thread is the ability to hold an audience live and show up consistently. You bring the personality, camera presence, and consistency. OTWtv brings the infrastructure, event access, brand partnerships, and monetization strategy.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Must be 18 or older
- Committed to 4–6 hours of live content per day — this is the consistency bar that unlocks real earnings on TikTok Live, and it's what separates hobbyists from signed creators
- Active TikTok presence (engagement matters more than follower count)
- Functional streaming setup — phone or desktop, stable internet, decent lighting and audio
What You'll Do
- Host 4–6 hours of TikTok Live daily and build a loyal live audience
- Develop and own original live show concepts with support from our creative team
- Co-host OTWtv-produced live broadcasts and collaborations
- Provide on-the-ground coverage at OTWtv events when aligned with your brand (music festivals, fashion showcases, entertainment events, red carpet activations)
- Collaborate with OTWtv's creative and brand partnerships teams on sponsored content
Compensation
TikTok Live earnings are performance-based and uncapped. Our top creators hitting the 4–6 hour daily consistency mark are earning $10,000+ per month through a combination of TikTok gifts and creator rewards, brand partnerships, and OTWtv-sourced deals. To be clear: these earnings reflect top-performing creators, not starting numbers. Income scales with your hours, audience growth, and engagement. The creators who treat this like a career earn like it's one — and OTWtv's job is to accelerate that curve for you.

Location
Miami-Dade preferred, open to creators nationwide. TikTok Live can be hosted from anywhere, so we're actively signing creators across the U.S. Miami-based applicants get priority access to OTWtv-produced events, in-studio productions, and on-the-ground coverage opportunities. Remote creators will be flown in for select OTWtv activations when there's a fit.
