We’re a NYC-based production company creating high-end live events, fashion shows, concerts, and experiential activations. Our team works hard, moves fast, and delivers unforgettable experiences. We’re growing and looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale productions and elevate our team.

The Role:

As Senior Project Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for project execution—managing timelines, client communication, technical equipment, drafting, crew, and freelancers.

What We Need From You:

Proven experience managing high-profile live events, fashion shows, or concerts.

Ability to lead, delegate, and coordinate both full-time staff and freelance teams.

Strong organizational and communication skills—you don’t shy away from difficult conversations.

Comfort with planning, logistics, and problem-solving under tight deadlines.

Hands-on knowledge of production workflows, technical setups, and event execution.

Skills:

Vectorworks or other CAD software for event planning.

Prior leadership experience in a fast-paced production environment.
