Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Producer to oversee the development and delivery of a high quality, large scale live events programme at Somerset House, including our Summer Series gig season, SKATE, our Lates and August Programmes, public art commissions and more.
Job Description
We are looking for people to join our fantastic team at Somerset House Trust. As the home of cultural innovators, the Trust connects creativity and the arts with the broader society.
This role will work closely with the Head of Live Events and other teams across the Trust to deliver new and exciting projects as part of our core public programme

Job Requirements
Experience:
Broad experience of working on high quality events and installations across multiple artforms, styles and locations, including large-scale outdoor events
Experience of working with artists to develop new commissions, scoping financial viability, and developing projects from concept to delivery
Experience of managing large-scale, complex budgets and financial reconciliation
Experience managing high-level stakeholder relationships, e.g. sponsors and partners, including contract writing and negotiation
Experience working on supplier tenders
Experience managing and motivating staff
Skills:
Good understanding of how to work alongside Production Managers on technical production requirements for large-scale projects, including supporting specifications for supplier procurement and management
Strong understanding of relevant event Health & Safety regulations
Effective communication skills, able to present complex information in a clear manner
Job Responsibilities
