En–Knap Group is seeking a female/male dancer/performer who is eager to “put the body on the line” and join our international contemporary dance group of six, based in Ljubljana, Slovenia on a 2-year copyright contract basis, starting mid-August 2025.

WHO YOU ARE
A female/male dancer/performer
Eager to “put the body on the line”, i.e. redefine established definitions (identities) through the body
Based in the EU (*EU Resident)
Willing to relocate to Ljubljana, Slovenia as base
WHO WE ARE
An international contemporary dance group of six, based in Ljubljana, Slovenia
Continuing to “put the body on the line”, i.e. redefining established definitions (identities) through the body
Defined by creative curiosity, passionate exploration, and dedicated commitment
Addressing contemporary issues in society, art, history and/or environment (capitalism, race, ecology, gender, democracy, migration, technology, justice…)
Across media and genres, communities, generations and regions, on stage, film and in virtual reality
WHAT WE OFFER
A position with a monthly fee on a 2-year copyright contract basis
Assistance with relocating to Ljubljana, Slovenia
A vibrant, immersive, engaged international contemporary dance group of six, continuing to “put the body on the line”, defined by creative curiosity, passionate exploration, and dedicated commitment
A vibrant, immersive, engaged contemporary dance/performance, art/culture environment beyond the ensemble
A regular programme of local performances as well as international touring
Professional and personal development and growth (workshops, tours…)
