Recreational Program Manager – De Leon Dynamics (San Diego, CA)

De Leon Dynamics, a premier cirque and aerial arts training studio in San Diego, is seeking a Recreational Program Manager to oversee our growing community and introductory programs. This part-time role (approx. 20 hours per week) is ideal for an organized, energetic individual who enjoys working in a creative and performance-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all recreational and entry-level aerial programs.

Serve as liaison between coaches, front desk staff, and management.

Plan and execute student showcases, special events, and seasonal programs.

Oversee scheduling, communications, and smooth operational flow.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Background in aerial, circus, or performing arts is ideal (coaching skills can be taught).

Experience in program or event coordination preferred.

Collaborative leadership style with enthusiasm for community building.

Availability for evenings and Saturdays to support classes and events.
