As an instructor, you’ll be part of something transformative, helping to build confidence, focus, and community with each class. What You’ll Do As a Pure Barre Instructor, you’ll guide members through a unique workout experience that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training, all in a music-driven, upbeat environment. You’ll bring your energy, rhythm, and passion to each class, ensuring every member feels motivated, engaged, and empowered. Responsibilities Deliver engaging, high-quality Pure Barre classes that adhere to our choreography and create an inspiring workout experience Memorize class formats and sequences to ensure smooth, professional instruction Provide individualized attention and modifications to accommodate members of all fitness levels Maintain rhythm and timing, guiding members through each movement with precision Foster a supportive, welcoming environment that encourages members to grow and push their limits Connect with members and build a sense of community that is uniquely Pure Barre Qualifications Background in barre, ballet, dance, cheerleading, fitness instruction, or teaching preferred Strong memorization skills and a great sense of rhythm to keep the beat during classes A natural ability to inspire and engage people, with excellent communication skills Flexibility to teach during key class times: 8am - Noon (8:30, 9:45, and 11am classes), with additional availability for early mornings (6am and 7am), evenings (4:30pm and 5:30pm), and weekend rotations Compensation & Certification Competitive pay starting at $25/hour for non-certified instructors and up to $35/hour post-certification Candidates must complete a Pure Barre certification, which requires an investment of approximately $1,000.
