Description:

Annapolis Opera Company (AOC) is seeking a Properties Manager for our upcoming fall production of Don Giovanni. The Properties Manager is responsible for sourcing and/or constructing all props required for the show, ensuring they meet the needs of the Director and Scenic Designer.

The Properties Manager is expected to manage their own hours and responsibilities without direct supervision from Production Management. During prep + rehearsals (October 6 - October 24), this is not a full-time position, so rehearsal notes and prop drop-offs are only expected every 2-4 days. During the tech process, the Properties Manager is expected to be at the theater daily (but not for all tech hours) to support a smooth production process. The Props Manager doesn't have to run the show. Attention to detail is critical, especially for tracking and returning all rented or borrowed props to their proper sources.
