Description:Manage regional Runners scheduling and rental vehiclesHave an understanding of deal structure and the settlement process Assist and support production department personnel with job functions as needed Maintain regular communications with Production Managers and O&O GMs Facilitate proper interdepartmental communication and organization Help to manage stage, sound, and lighting crews when needed Support the Production Manager in advancing technical and hospitality details for shows/events Attend meetings as outlined by the Production Manager Maintain a detailed and thorough filing system of all "past show" files on the shared drive and vendor records WORKDAY/ABI Management for Production Labor Based in the San Francisco office with the ability and flexibility to work at venues throughout the Bay Area SKILLS/COMPETENCIES Flexible Schedule (days/nights, weekends, and holidays) 2+ years' experience in a live environment operation High School Diploma Experience in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.), Google Docs/Sheets Preferred: Bachelor's degree ABI/TMSS experience Workday experience Experience in Prioritizing, Time Management & Multitasking Cash/PEX handling experience Physical Demands/Working Environment: Working environment is fast-paced and often loud and stressful Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs Moderate to loud level of noise in work environment The expected compensation for this position is: $68,000.00 USD - $85,000.00 USD Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
