Thus, the question of risk-taking and the relationship with the public constantly permeates their work, forcing them to systematically reinvent themselves.Job Description We are looking for someone to take on production duties within the Hoods Flakes collective. The Hoods Flakes collective is part of the La Feat platform. Description of the profile sought - Experience in the production and distribution of live performance, with an interest in street arts and alternative networks. - Ideally, experience of working in a collective and collegiate governance is desired. - Mastery of the financial, budgetary and contractual aspects related to the production of live performance. - Interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills. - Knowledge of professional, national and international networks of live performance. - Sense of initiative, anticipation and organization. - Ability to listen, analyze, adapt, negotiate - Creativity and dynamism to design and implement strategies to develop the work of an emerging company. - Dog Friendly. - Have a good practice of English. - Having a B driving license is desirable (in order to be able to go to places of residence and festivals not served by public transport).
