The Company's workshops (rehearsal rooms, storage for various shows, construction workshop) are located in Morvan in the Burgundy region. The production office is in Paris.
Job Description
The company and its artistic director James Thierrée are looking for a Company Administrator/Live Performance Production. He/she will be responsible for the following missions:
I – Implementation of creation projects
- Ensure production monitoring.
- Build and monitor production budgets (creation, residency and tours in France and internationally) with the director and the Technical Director.
- Coordinate the company's productions.
- Contract with partner/co-producing venues.
- Support residencies.
II – Budget management
- Co-build the company's budget with management.
- Prepare and write grant applications (association subsidized by the DRAC Bourgogne).
- Manage all accounting in conjunction with the accounting firm.
- Carry out payroll and monitor variables in conjunction with the social cabinet.
- Ensure customer invoicing and payments.
- Monitor the company's cash flow.
III – Legal
- Ensure the link with the bank and the accounting firm.
- Prepare and participate in the CA and AGM and produce the minutes.
- Make administrative requests and various declarations (copyright, taxes, etc.).
Description of the profile sought
- Bac + 5 in entertainment administration or cultural project management.
- Excellent writing and public speaking skills in French and very good command of English.
- Autonomy, rigor, methodology, open-mindedness.
- Strong interest in live performance, circus, company dynamics and challenges.
- Excellent command of IT tools: Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of the French cultural landscape subsidized in the live performance sector.
- Responsiveness and adaptation to real-time changes and deadlines.
- Occasional travel to creation and tour locations.
- Great availability (full time).
