Description:

Portugal's national arts directorate has opened the second edition of its Arts and Territorial Cohesion programme, with a €1,000,000 total budget. Each supported project receives roughly €25,000 to €50,000 and runs 18 to 24 months, from April 2027 to March 2029, in 78 low-density municipalities. Circus, dance, music, opera, theatre and street arts are all eligible.

Applicants must be Portugal-based entities or individuals; they do not need to be headquartered in the target municipalities. Projects are expected to work with local communities.
