Kinetic Arts Center creates innovative and dynamic circus culture through exceptional classes, training and performance. Our circus school, training facility, and production house is seeking an Operations Manager who will ensure the continued successful operation and growth of the company on both a daily and long-term basis. Our future Operations Manager will work closely with the Managing Director, Artistic Director, instructional and administrative staff, artists, and community to elevate circus as an art and as a fitness alternative in the San Francisco Bay Area — and beyond!

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Works collaboratively across all departments to ensure the effective and seamless operation across all programs in the company,
Manages coordination of interdepartmental calendars and maintains the master facility calendar,
Manages the Front of Office sales and marketing efforts.

Skill-sets and experience we are looking for in a qualified candidate include (but not limited to):

Multiple-year experience in upper operations management positions, emerging small business and/or education administration,
Can work independently and with fellow managers to meet ongoing deadlines and goals,
Excellent communication across platforms and when engaging internal and external clients,
Staff management and scheduling (general HR and payroll processing experience is a bonus),
Understanding of online registration systems and programing (MindBody familiarity is a bonus),

Experience updating website content (knowledge of WordPress is a plus),
Familiarity with Google and Microsoft products (calendar, Excel, Word),
Live production experience would be a huge bonus (but not necessary).
The position is full-time and salaried ($47,000 annually) with benefits. Flexibility in working weekends and evenings is required.
