Description:

La Biennale di Venezia has opened Italian and international calls for two original choreographic creations to premiere at Biennale Danza 2027, the 21st International Festival of Contemporary Dance (15–31 July 2027), directed by Wayne McGregor.

The calls are for choreographers and dance companies with an original project not yet premiered. Selected projects receive a production grant of up to 30,000 EUR, and the Biennale also covers the artistic fee for the Venice debut, travel and accommodation, and technical rider costs.
