Description:
We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Musician Talent Scout to join our global team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for discovering and connecting with exceptional musicians through digital platforms, industry referrals, and casting outreach initiatives. You’ll identify talent that meets the premium standard of the East West Entertainment Group and it's Live Music Program, promoting opportunities and guiding artists through a seamless recruitment journey.
This is an entry level position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Scouting & Research
Source and evaluate musicians across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, Spotify, and SoundCloud, using advanced search techniques and social engagement analytics
Maintain a balanced scouting presence across time zones and genres to reflect our global luxury client base
Log all interactions, talent details, and scouting notes into Monday.com, ensuring seamless tracking and team visibility
Deliver a set number of qualified leads monthly and maintain 100% database accuracy
Referral Development & Artist Relations
Cultivate relationships with current and former East West musicians to encourage high-quality referrals
Leverage WhatsApp, Email, Messengers, and Virtual Calls for timely, personable communication with new talent and internal collaborators
Increase referral-based talent submissions and track their engagement and recruitment completion rates
Casting Promotion & Auditions
Lead campaigns promoting our open casting calls across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other high-visibility musician utilised networks
Work with the team to create engaging audition announcements and showcase content to attract high quality talent from key locations worldwide
Organise online screenings, guiding talent through the review process and capturing relevant feedback
Achieve high engagement on casting promotions and reduce average time from contact to audition
Pipeline & Data Integrity
Own the Monday.com talent research database create, update, and categorize profiles, track communications, and log outcomes in real-time
Analyze sourcing and conversion metrics to identify trends and optimize future scouting
Ensure weekly updates and regular audits of talent status, progression, and communication records
Presentation Development
Support the team gathering high quality content and materials for presentation development
Upload media onto the company YouTube platform
Support the Talent Management team for specific requests and admin tasks.
WHO YOU ARE:
A music enthusiast, musician or former musician with a sharp ear for quality, detail, and high quality musicians
Highly organized and digitally fluent.
A confident communicator and connector, skilled at outreach, sales, and relationship-building
Independent and self-motivated, while also collaborative and responsive within a fast-paced team
Ideally 5+ years of experience in the music industry with interest in casting, artist relations, and live entertainment.
