Frome Town Band seeks a new Musical Director

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled musician with experience of running ensembles and events, who has an enthusiasm for and a vision towards driving the organisation forward.
The successful candidate will have a commitment to, and understanding of, the value of music and the arts
to young peoples' development and to the mental health of all people of all ages. They should have the ability to work flexibly and, where necessary, be available in evenings and weekends, by agreement.
