NICA is recruiting for the role of Marketing & Communications Assistant.
An opportunity has become available for a Marketing and Communications Assistant to join the National Institute of Circus Arts (NICA). This will be an exciting time to implement the Marketing and Communications Strategy for Australia's Centre of Excellence in contemporary circus arts, with a new corporate identity and digital experience platform launched in 2021, as well as a landmark 21st anniversary celebration in 2022.
The Marketing & Communications Assistant will assist the Marketing & Communications Manager in developing and delivering strategic marketing campaigns to:
- strengthen national and international awareness of NICA’s core business;
- provide a strong recruitment program;
- increase attendance at NICA’s performances;
- increase participants in NICA Rec programs;
- promote NICA’s booking agency NICA Rep; and
- promote and maintain a strong, well-recognised brand by creating engaging online content.
NICA Ltd is a not for profit company, owned by Swinburne University of Technology and established to create world class training for the circus and physical theatre industry.
