A contemporary dance organization is seeking a highly skilled male-presenting dancer for a full-time, salaried position. This role offers an annual compensation of $30,000, with comprehensive health benefits available after a three-month probationary period, and retirement benefits commencing after two years of dedicated service. A commitment of at least two years is required, along with relocation to Rochester, NY. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional musicality, execute impressive jumps, command a broad spectrum of dynamic expression, perform a variety of turns including precise single-leg turns and fluid chainées, and possess foundational floorwork abilities. Selected candidates will be invited to an intensive three-day, in-person audition event scheduled for July 20, 21, and 22.
