Description:Circus Arts speaker – The Art of MakingL'Art d'en Faire is a circus arts school founded in 2008 with an educational project based on the principles and values of popular education that welcomes all audiences in southern Ardèche. Some of the actions are part of a social circus approach and are carried out in partnership with local authorities and education and social actors. In view of a sustainable establishment in the South Ardèche territory and the opening of a year-round circus school, the association is recruiting a person from the permanent team to act as a supervisor e. Missions Under the responsibility of the educational coordinator, the employee will work within the permanent team of 5 people and will have the following main missions: – supervision of circus workshops, for all audiences, in our dedicated spaces (room and marquee) or in the context of interventions in southern Ardèche – logistics: installation of equipment, participation in the organization of events and certain tasks related to the operation of the association. Profile of the candidate Versatility in the teaching of circus techniques (bases juggling, balance on object, aerial, artistic expression) Taste for transmission and artistic sensitivity Knowledge of group management Dynamism, organization, autonomy, adaptability, ability to work in team, rigor You will be required to use the association's vehicle – the candidate must imperatively hold a diploma directly related to the circus arts: TIAC, BPJEPS circus activity, or another foreign diploma certifying the skills sought. – knowledge in the field of special education and in particular, in the field of disability would be a plus – Permit B Conditions – location: most of the actions take place in Lablachère/Joyeuse.
