The Musician’s primary responsibility is to deliver engaging live music performances across a variety of styles and settings, performing up to four 45-minute sets per day in different venues while confidently capturing and maintaining audience attention. A strong stage presence, versatility, and a positive, guest-focused attitude are essential. Candidates must be comfortable singing as a front-person while performing instrumentally, adapting performances to suit diverse audiences and environments. Minimum requirements include proficiency in at least two different musical instruments at performance standard, strong lead vocal ability with the stamina and confidence to sing multiple sets daily, and the ability to combine live instrumental performance with vocals simultaneously. An engaging and charismatic stage presence, adaptability to new and changing environments, and relevant professional experience in a similar live performance role are also required. Necessary certifications include STCW 4 Basic Training, an ILO approved Seafarer Medical Certificate, a Valid Seamans Book, and relevant Visas for visiting countries.
