Description:Job Description:Dates: December 30, 2025 – April 21, 2026 Location: Touring Show in Florida Performance: Mr. Swindle’s Traveling Peculiarium and Drink-ory Garden Lighting Software: ETC EOS Sound Software: Qlab Sound Board: Midas M32R LIVE 40-channel Digital Mixer We are currently looking for a technician who has knowledge in both Lighting and Sound Lights are designed and programmed by a designer with ETC EOS. All lighting cues are integrated into Qlab. *You will not be responsible for programming, but the lights will need to be refocused using ETC EOS at the start of each location. The production has live singers and some live music. We have four microphones. Candidate must have knowledge in sound and live mixing. We use a MIDAS M32R 40 Channel Digital Mixer. Candidate must load in and load out the lighting and sound equipment for each location. Candidate must be able to work fast. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must be knowledgeable in the field and able to troubleshoot and correct problems as they arise. This is a touring showing under a big top. Accommodations will be provided. Responsibilities: Run all cues for the performance Complete post-show duties following each performance, ensuring that equipment is properly powered down and stored Load in and Load out lighting and sound equipment Daily sound/mic checks Requirements:Qualifications:Knowledge Midas M32R LIVE 40-channel Digital Mixer Knowledge of ETC EOS is a plus Knowledge of Q-lab required Motivated and responsible Must be able to trouble shoot and work well under pressure The performance utilizes multiple microphones and does have live singing. You must be able to correctly equalize volumes Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds regularly Ability to follow a cue sheet, update the cue sheet and properly execute cues Must be punctual and responsible.
