Description:
We are seeking two dedicated professionals to join our team for an upcoming UK tour. With 14 venues confirmed, we need your expertise to ensure a smooth and successful tour experience.
1. Tour Manager
Responsibilities:
Plan and manage all tour logistics, including cast, accommodation, and transport
-Organize rehearsal schedules
-Track and manage the tour budget
-Coordinate with venues to ensure smooth operations
-Liaise with marketing and PR teams to promote the tour
-Communicate with the stagehand/driver and manage work placements
-Collaborate with the engagement producer responsible for workshops, community events, and post-activity surveys
-Create and submit the Arts Council activity report
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Tour Manager
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong budget management skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and problem-solve effectively
Availability for the entire tour duration
2. Stage Manager
Responsibilities:
Oversee stage setup and breakdown
Coordinate with venue staff and technical crew
Ensure all equipment is set up correctly and safely
Manage on-stage cues and performance timing
Drive the tour vehicle (electric vans, valid driving license required)
Qualifications:
Experience as a Stage Manager in live performances
Strong technical knowledge of stage equipment
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid driving license
Both Positions:
Availability to travel across the UK
Team player with a positive attitude
Passion for live performances
Additional Information:
Travel will be conducted in electric vans
