An esteemed international outdoor arts festival, established in 2003 and rebranded in 2016, is inviting groundbreaking performances for its 2026 edition. This prominent South Korean event transforms urban public spaces like plazas and streets into vibrant stages, presenting a diverse array of street arts each autumn. Following previous successful editions, the festival is seeking exceptional international programs to enrich its 2026 lineup. Submissions are welcomed across various contemporary art forms suitable for outdoor presentation, including street theater, dance, circus, puppetry, installations, and media arts. For this cycle, the festival is particularly interested in works that resonate with the unique environment of Han River Parks, as well as pieces exploring themes such as 'Seoul-ness,' 'Climate and Environment,' 'Community and Inclusion,' and 'Tech-Art Convergence.' Artists who demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to engage with diverse festival spaces are highly encouraged to apply. The festival is scheduled for September 19th (Saturday) to 20th (Sunday), 2026, taking place in and around Han River Parks (e.g., Ttukseom) in Seoul. This open call is exclusively for non-Korean individuals residing outside of South Korea, or groups whose primary representative is not Korean and resides internationally. All applicants must submit the following four documents. The total file size for all submissions must not exceed 50MB:
1. **Application Form**: (Required, designated format)
2. **Technical Rider**: (Required, free format) Detailing space, sound, lighting, and other technical needs.
