Rainbow Stage is inviting applications from I.A.T.S.E. Theatre Professionals for the seasonal position of HOUSE STAGEHAND/FLYMAN. Rainbow Stage is seeking a self-motivated I.A.T.S.E. technician to become an integral part of set up and running crew. The successful candidate will be a direct report to the Head Stage Carpenter and will be responsible for providing efficient and reliable preparation, operation, and maintenance of machinery, rigging, and flying. The ideal candidate is committed to creating a positive working environment through respectful communication and mediation in artistic and technical discussions. The House Stagehand / Flyman is a unionized position under the I.A.T.S.E. collective agreement.
