DESCRIPTION
TEETH the musical at New World Stages is seeking immediate support for the hair department. This person will have experience in maintaining, styling, and blocking wigs. The rate for this position in $30/hour and we expect there to be between 20-25 hours of work weekly.
The schedule for this position is as follows;
- (1) weekday work call as scheduled by the wardrobe supervisor
- Saturdays and Sundays from approximately 3:45pm to 9:45pm
Skills required:
- Basic knowledge of how to block wig heads.
- Experience with wig maintenance for a long running show.
- Styling with heat tools.
Skills preffered:
- Experience washing withs to remove blood and other special effects elements.
