Description:We are looking for a Grants Manager with strong experience of writing successful grant applications, and of managing relationships with grant makers, to join our team to support our organisational developments and ambitions.As Grants Manager you will focus on securing core funds from trusts, collaborating with colleagues across the organisation including producers and artists. You will identify prospective supporters, nurture existing relationships, and champion BAC’s radical artistic works, our vital local community outreach, and our innovative national programmes. You will also work with the Executive Director and the Head of Development on relationships with key statutory funders, including Arts Council England and the Mayor’s Office. You will be an accomplished administrator, who takes pride in all matters of record keeping, compliance and administrative management. You will also bring project management skills and a talent for developing and writing persuasive fundraising arguments. If you are a dedicated individual with a proven track record in successfully managing strategy, cultivation and proposals to independent trusts and foundations, and you are excited about our values and purpose, we want to hear from you.
