Olympia Gymnastics is a fully equipped gymnastics facility in St. Louis & St. Peters which offers gymnastics, ninja, cheer, and tumbling instruction for girls and boys ages toddler – teens as well as competitive gymnastics training. Position Description: This position requires teaching, managing, and administering to the preschool gymnastics program for girls ages first grade and up. This includes time spent instructing classes in the gym, marketing the program, and administrative work in the office. There is limited travel to other Olympia locations. Responsibilities: Our directors provide quality gymnastics instruction through a fun-filled, high energy learning environment. They are responsible for preparing class materials and lesson plans and keeping kids learning and having fun. This position is responsible for key areas including exemplification of excellent leadership, assistance in hiring and training staff, managing the program for outstanding quality and consistency, growing the program, marketing, ensuring program represents an exceptional value to the customer, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications: Gymnastics background preferred Experience growing a program or increasing business Must have outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Must have current knowledge of computer based word processing applications and additional office software.
