JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The First Hand will serve as an assistant to the draper in planning and executing all construction of the costumes. This position will serve as the supervisor to the stitchers.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
In depth knowledge of theatrical costume design and construction techniques specializing in alterations.
Dedication to maintaining a clean, safe, and productive shop environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
Organized and detail oriented, able to prioritize efficiently and multi-task.
Ability to be self-directed and take initiative.
