This person is responsible for executing the event from start to finish, assisting performers with costumes, apparatus set-up, rigging, set-up, load in, tear down, driving large vans, understanding the ebb-and-flow of events and guests, unloading vehicles at the end of the shift, can quickly solve problems, takes direction well. Can take and edit photos, can update social media from events live, has some technical skill.
