Description:

The fifth call of a European fund for emerging artists will support around 50 festival residencies in 2027, each bringing together at least three festivals. It is cross-disciplinary.

Two grant levels: 40 Discovery grants of 8,000 EUR for artists early in their careers with strong potential to break through internationally, and 10 Springboard grants of 15,000 EUR for artists already established in their own countries and ready to develop internationally. At least 80% of the grant must cover costs incurred by the artists. "Emerging" is defined by novelty to programmers and audiences, not by age.
