Description:Entertainment Production Manager (10 month fixed term contract)Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY Hours: 37.5 hours per week, across a 7-day rota (any 5 days out of 7), some unsociable hours expected according to the Entertainment Event Calendar Our awesome Entertainment Team bring extra magic to our guests every day, and they are recruiting for an Entertainment Production Manager to join the team on a 10 month fixed-term-contract! This exciting role is pivotal in the creation and delivery of our entertainment offerings, from concept through to the first guest-attended performance, alongside the management of our onsite team of entertainment technicians. You’ll be a hands-on, visible manager, motivating your team of technicians to deliver consistently smooth and engaging technical performances to further enhance the onstage show team. As an organised and skilled manager, you will be confident to deliver audition and rehearsal schedules, keeping a close eye on your department budget and, of course, health and safety compliance for all production related activity. Contract end - February 2025 Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in live show production or entertainment experience creation is essential You’ll have excellent working knowledge of entertainment show tech, ideally with hands-on show tech experience You’ll have previously managed a team or either show technicians or entertainment show crew Comfortable with undertaking a 10 month fixed-term-contract We think it would be great if you have previously worked within a theme park environment, ideally on live shows or entertainment production Benefits 40% discount off LEGO sets and products on the online LEGO Store! The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to two awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick.
