Description:

A Christmas entertainment company is casting 22 elf characters across England and South Wales for Christmas 2026. It wants big, confident and charismatic personalities who are strong improvisers and great with children and families. Performers work self-employed and need their own car; full training and a DBS check are supplied.

Pay is £210 per day (£240 on Christmas Eve) plus 45p per mile and tolls, paid weekly, with extra paid VIP visits (£100–160) and nursery or school visits (£80–100). Applicants send a headshot and CV or Spotlight link; shortlisted performers are invited to submit a self-tape.
