Digital Media Coordinator - Hybrid remote and on-site schedule in Las Vegas, NV
Full-Time Position
We are currently looking for a Digital Media Coordinator to join our Marketing team for the Resident Shows Division. The Digital Media Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to all Digital Media activities, supporting the various Marketing initiatives under the guidance of the Senior Digital Manager. This position is key in facilitating requests, tracking goals and ensuring effective and consistent communication flowing. The ideal candidate will have the drive to create and maintain strong professional relationships, both internally and externally, to promote and encourage a positive and productive work environment.

The Digital Media Coordinator will:
- Monitor performance of digital campaigns against established KPIs and work closely with Digital Media and Analytics teams to analyze data for optimization;
- Assist in website management and requests with the web development team;
- Pull and provide insight on reports from Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Qualtrics and other reporting platforms;
- Manage the receiving, requesting and processing of all paid-media invoices;
- Develop and source digital creatives in collaboration with the Graphics Design team;
- Assist in the tracking of digital campaigns in Google Campaign Manager;
- Review search term reports and provide insight on current search trends
- Maintain the Social Media Content Calendar, ensuring it is kept up-to-date for Marketing team, including the Seasonal Content Calendar as well;
- Assist in the creation of ticket offers and sales;
- Research various markets, competitors and industry trends and provide insight when necessary;
- Complete other job-related duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Media/Marketing, Marketing or another related field;
- At least two years of previous experience in Entertainment Marketing, Advertising or agency experience;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.);
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to multi-task;
- Flexible availability for the occasional evening or weekend event;
- Verification of the right to work in the United States for Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, as demonstrated by completion of the Form I-9 upon hire and the submission of acceptable documentation (as noted on the Form I-9) verifying one’s identity and work authorization;
