This audition will open the opportunity to dive into a welcoming community of Ballroom, Latin, and Club dance enthusiasts. Experience growth, performance opportunities, and a supportive environment with professional instructors and fellow dancers. Is dedicated to fostering a community of passionate dancers. Led by Artistic Director Fabio Bonini, and manager wizard Jennifer Bonini, our studio in Falls Church, Virginia, is a place where technique, emotional expression, and community come together. With over 30 years of experience, we emphasizes a holistic approach to dance, beyond just choreography. Audition Details: We're looking for dancers who are quick learners, have a great personality, good manners, strong musicality, and some dance background to join our performing team. Availability Requirements: Weekday Evenings: Attendance at group classes are mandatory as part of the team education. Dancers may choose two evenings from the following group classes series. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Saturdays: On the first and third Saturdays of each month, the team shall join the practice parties and training sessions. This training session will be focused in creating choreography for future performances. The parties will help mastering social dance skills. The parties activities end at 11:00 PM, and dance team presence is required. In House Events are mandatory, next dates FDB Open House on July 25th @ 3PM, FDB Winter Showcase Dec 12 6PM to 11PM. What to Expect: Auditions will include a combination of conditioning, choreography, and a conversation about Ballroom. Please note that auditioning does not guarantee inclusion in the company. Rehearsals: All teams will meet weekly starting in May, focusing on drills, technique, and choreography. Join Us: Become part of our dance family and grow with us!
