They are currently seeking a highly skilled A/V Manager/Technician, specializing in Lighting and Video, to oversee all technical entertainment aspects across various venues on a luxury cruise ship. This crucial role ensures the seamless and safe operation, maintenance, and programming of all audio-visual systems, supporting both guest entertainers and the ship's dedicated entertainment team. Reporting to the Cruise Director, the successful candidate will serve as the primary expert for all lighting and video requirements, responsible for event programming, performance execution, and system upkeep. Moderate proficiency in operating media servers for visual effects is expected. This position involves the safe setup, operation, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of all technical equipment used by performers and crew, with active participation in all technical installations and removals. As needed, the manager will lead the technical crew for their assigned venue, providing essential support for rehearsals, special events, and live shows across lighting, sound, and stage operations.
