YOUR MISSION As a Creative Director, you will report to the General Manager of the Theme Parks business unit and participate in the development of Moment Factory’s creative vision. Working closely with the producers, you will initiate and contribute to the business unit's projects. You will work closely with all designers (internal and external) as well as with the Factory's clients and partners and will ensure artistic quality, from conception to integration, as well as the maintenance of the objectives and the initial strategy. YOUR TEAM Becoming a member of the Theme Parks team means rethinking the way that people have fun in the largest theme parks in the world. You will use multimedia tools to create experiences tailored to the world’s iconic intellectual properties. ROLE & RESPONSABILITIES Develop, understand and maintain the needs of the client and/or partner; Develop and maintain project guidelines, objectives and priorities; Collaborate with the creative teams in the development of concepts; Support the work of the directors and all designers, guide them and participate in their development and success; Guide the decision-making process and ensure that decisions are aligned with the creative vision and the Moment Factory method, particularly with respect to the brand and its processes; Understand the company's strategic goals and incorporate them into decision making; Provide artistic direction and quality control for all unit projects; In conjunction with the production leadership, ensure that budgets and deadlines are met, Work with other members of the creative team to resolve any unforeseen issues that arise during the creative, production and delivery process; Participate, according to the predetermined schedule, in meetings with the creative team during concept development, design and site integration (or any other location indicated by the producer); Inspire and mentor creative teams; Stimulate and guide research and actively participate in business development; Participate in the recruitment of talent. QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of experience in creative direction including a combination of positions such as art direction in multimedia, visual effects, dance, theater, creative management, circus, themed entertainment, theme parks, museums, or any other relevant field of expertise; Knowledge of MS Office suite, Google tools, and Keynote, an asset; Extensive knowledge of graphic design, 3D design, and video editing software is a strong asset; Proven ability to manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously, to work under pressure and in a team environment. REQUIRED QUALITIES Skilled in managing human and creative resources; Ability to make decisions, delegate and negotiate; Inspiring and creative vision; Curiosity and constant search for ideas through new trends in the cultural and entertainment industry; Promotion and participation in innovation in methods and achievements; Ability to establish good interpersonal relationships; Director able to stimulate and direct a variety of creative resources; Self-starter, team player and dependable.
