Description:

An exceptional residency program is available for contemporary circus artists and small ensembles, comprising up to four individuals, from Lithuania, Estonia, and the Nordic countries. This initiative serves as an intensive creative laboratory, specifically designed to cultivate and advance new artistic concepts and works. Scheduled from March 16 to March 29, 2027, the program will host two selected artists or groups simultaneously within distinct creative environments. Participants will receive a dedicated workspace, comprehensive technical support, and a residency grant of EUR 400 per person. Additionally, a daily stipend of EUR 35 per person, travel support up to EUR 300 per person, and accommodation will be provided. In exchange for this support, residents are expected to present their progress through a public outcome. This may include a work-in-progress presentation, a specialized workshop, or an artist talk. Furthermore, participants are required to acknowledge the hosting organization's contribution and agree to offer a 50% discount for any future presentations of the developed work at events hosted by the organization.
