Job Summary
The hugely successful, long-running UK and International tour of smash-hit musical SIX is looking for a Company Stage Manager to join the team from May 2023.
Job Description
The successful candidate will supervise and lead the Stage Management team, technical staff, wardrobe team, band and cast of the UK & International tour of SIX the musical. They will be required to liaise with the venue technical management and the theatre management as required and will supervise and assist the Stage Management team with set and props maintenance. They will keep up to date with the running of the stage plots and be able to provide cover in the event of an emergency.
Essential experience includes: proficient use of MS Office 365, 3+ years of industry experience and proven experience of company management and weekly touring. The role requires someone who has exceptional people skills and can work in a highly pressured environment.
Desirable: Mental Health First Aider, previous EDI training, previous performance management training
Please note this is a full time, exclusive role.
Salary: £1000 a week plus touring allowance

Job Responsibilities
They will supervise the company's weekly hours and work in conjunction with the creative team and/or the band fixer to schedule the cast and band's weekly performance rota; compile and distribute this rota to the company as well as scheduling and supervising understudy rehearsals; compile, keep updated and distribute show reports, accident reports and all other show paperwork; put together and distribute a weekly schedule for the company; complete the weekly payroll and manage petty cash using the Pleo system. As the first point of call for all company members for any concerns or absences, the Company Stage Manager will receive training in mental health first aid and be expected to provide immediate pastoral support to the company where necessary as well as effective performance management of each company member.
