The Company Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational, artistic, and strategic leadership of Circus Factory Cork. This role merges the duties of a traditional General Manager and an Artistic Delivery requiring the successful candidate to balance business management with creative leadership. The Company Manager will drive the organisation’s strategic plan, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure the delivery of an artistic programme in line with Circus Factory’s mission and values.

Contract Type: Full-time

Location: On-site with flexibility for remote working when required
Contract Duration: 2 years, with potential for extension
