This is an exciting new role and opportunity, reporting to the Chief Executive as one of the Senior Management Team. The Director of Commercial Activity is responsible for generating an ambitious revenue target across a series of activities including venue hire, consultancy services and recreational classes. You will be someone with a strong commercial background and an entrepreneurial mindset, but also with an interest in and understanding of the arts and education. Significant experience in B2B and B2C marketing is a plus. A new organisational structure at National Centre for Circus Arts requires a high degree of collaborative working, so you need to be a genuine team player, ready to share ideas and take on suggestions from across the organisation.

Salary: £50 - 55k
