Wise Fool New Mexico is looking to hire a third Co-Executive Director to join our leadership team!
POSITION SUMMARY:
As a member of the Leadership Team, the Co-Executive Director, holds shared responsibility for ongoing development and implementation of the vision and focus of Wise Fool with consideration of how each program/project holds true to the mission, and for major decisions about the ongoing development of values and activities of the Organization.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Wise Fool follows a strength-based model, meaning we create and hold positions within the organization based on the strengths and interest of the individual. This position will be curated based on the individual strengths of the employee and on the needs of the organization.
