Description:Labeled Pôle national Cirque Le Mans, Le Plongeoir's missions are to support the creation of contemporary circus, the distribution of shows, teaching, and cultural activities. These missions are deployed through a unique societal project promoting encounters between artists and local residents, which we call the circus in everyday life. Le Plongeoir runs a season and organizes the Le Mans fait son Cirque festival every June. Approved by the FFEC (French Federation of Amateur Circus), Le Plongeoir teaches circus to more than 550 students in weekly classes. During the day, it welcomes diverse audiences (schools and adapted), participates in off-site activities, and provides circus specialty teaching from the second to the final year of high school in partnership with the Le Mans Sud high school.The city of Le Mans ranks high (6th) among cities with more than 100,000 inhabitants where life is good in France. It benefits from numerous road and rail connections. Le Plongeoir is located 4 tram stops from the SNCF train station. Job Description Le Plongeoir's mission is to support the creation of contemporary circus, the dissemination of shows, teaching, and cultural activities. These missions are deployed through a unique societal project promoting encounters between artists and local residents, which we call the circus in everyday life. Within a team of seven instructors, you will be responsible for teaching circus arts, particularly acrobatics. (See the detailed description in our advertisement). Description of the profile sought -Solid technical mastery and experience in ground and dynamic acrobatics -Strong artistic sensitivity -Knowledge of audiences, particularly adolescents -Taste for transmission and knowledge of group animation techniques -Experience in teaching an amateur audience, with differentiated approaches according to age, morphology and individual progression -Interest in circus pedagogy (inclusive, sensitive, non-competitive) -Proficiency in writing and basic office automation -Soft skills: ability to work independently and in a team, great listening and adaptation skills, dynamism, autonomy, rigor, good interpersonal skills
