Description:

Broken Box is a collective formed of three jugglers, trained at the UK’s two leading circus schools. The trio combine their distinctive juggling and performance styles to create emotive circus theatre.

We are looking for an experienced circus producer or production company to collaborate on the UK tour of our new show, Outside the Club, with a view to joining the company in the longer term if the project is successful. We start touring March 2020 and are aiming for around 12 dates before March 2021.

This job role will involve:-

Developing the tour:

- Contacting venues & finding performance opportunities

Managing the tour:

- Overseeing the budget
- Being a point of contact for venues
- Advising on marketing strategy

Developing a vision for the future of the show:

- Helping us make strategic mid to long term plans


We are looking for someone who..

- Has UK tour booking experience.

- Has excellent knowledge of venue and festivals which programme circus work.

- Has experience managing and marketing touring shows.

- Is enthusiastic about contemporary circus and can be a strong proponent for a juggling show.


Fee: £2000 (100 hours @ £20/hour)
