The Casting team will be hosting auditions in Guadalajara, Mexico, on November 18th 2023, for Circus Performers in all disciplines (except clown specialists). We welcome original and innovative acts.



***SUBMISSION DEADLINE: OCTOBER 22nd, 2023 (OR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, PLACES ARE LIMITED)***



The audition is by invitation only. Your circus skills will be evaluated prior to the audition, so it is important to submit a great video recording of your act.

You must have the proper travel authorization for Mexico to apply for this audition.



If you are 18+ years old, please prepare your virtual audition, including:

1. A CV/resume;

2. A headshot;

3. A video demo including:

A short video presentation (1-2 minutes maximum) in the language you are most comfortable. We are interested in learning more about your background, achievements, future goals, and generally what brought you to where you are today. This is an opportunity to share more about yourself and helps the show teams get to know you better. Your video presentation, along with your demo, will be included in the presentation to the show;
Your entire circus number as well as any secondary disciplines. We want to see it all, no edits please!
Important information:

Only complete applications (with a video demo) will be evaluated;
Only selected candidates will be contacted and will receive an email to confirm their presence;
Artists invited to audition must bring their own equipment.


Please note that:

Cirque du Soleil will not pay for any expenses incurred by candidates attending this audition;
It is a general audition for all roles in our current shows and upcoming creations. Candidates who successfully pass the audition will become part of our database of potential artists for future casting calls - we do not offer contracts at the audition.
Terms and Conditions of applying online:

1. The profile information of candidates will be used by Cirque du Soleil and its related partners;

2. By applying online, candidates who submit their material via a video demo link agree that Casting will extract their material from these links if needed to add it to the candidate’s profile;

3. Applications may be considered for one or more roles in all our shows in performance and in creation.
