Description:Description of the organismThe Zepetra association aims to promote and develop circus arts and live performance as vehicles for equality, solidarity, and freedom. We offer recreational classes and workshops, adapted circus workshops, workshops with school groups, artistic and cultural programming, and support for artists. Zepetra's educational project is that of a school for all. Our goal is to make circus arts accessible to everyone, regardless of age, physical or cognitive abilities, or social challenges. Job Description Pedagogy : Organizes and leads recreational and school-based workshops both within and outside the school, in collaboration with the pedagogical coordinator; works in accordance with Zepetra's educational project. Intervention in adapted circus workshops (to be discussed). Participates in pedagogical research with the teaching team . Participates in various end-of-year shows and open workshops with the students in their assigned groups. Prepares lessons with other instructors and writes end-of-activity reports. Participates in various team, pedagogical, and coordination meetings . Miscellaneous : Maintains the school's educational materials and creates new ones . With the team, maintains the school's storage areas . Participates in the organization of evening performances. Description of the desired profile Mastery of various circus disciplines (BIAC, TIAC, BISAC or BPJEPS required), experience leading circus workshops a plus. Ability to work in a team.
