Your role Develop new choreographies for new shows and organize rehearsals with the team Discover and utilize talents of the team Team up with technicians to ensure similar vision (sound, lighting, set, costume) Research potential choreographies and shows and propose to Entertainment Manager for development Prepare casting and refine show contents Your Profil 2+ years dancing and choreography experience Dynamic and engaging personality with ability to motivate a team of dancers and entertainers Team management is a plus Fluent in English, any other language a plus (e.g. French, Spanish) Experience as a dance instructor a plus (ballroom, hip hop, tango, modern, jazz, classical, lyrical etc.) Participate in resort activites The All Inclusive Career Compensation package includes: 6 months contract (renewable) Round trip airfare covered Room & board provided Full access to all resort amenities Competitive salary and healthcare package
