Full job description

Duties:
- Plan and implement theatre educational programs and activities for students
- Create lesson plans and instructional materials to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to facilitate student learning
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their performance
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns

Qualifications:
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of educational principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young learners
- Bachelor's degree in Theatre, Education ,or related field (preferred)
